Description
The premises at the rear of 26, 27, and 28 Commercial Road are filling sheds with lofts above, dating from the late 17th century or early 18th century. The structure is built from brick and timber framing, featuring corrugated iron and weatherboarding, with a corrugated iron roof. It stands two storeys high and consists of nine bays. The ground floor has nine separate bays with a 20th-century sliding door, while the first floor has fixed casement windows. The first floor is open to the ridge and includes tie beams, pegged collars, and principals pegged at the ridge. The main buildings at 26, 27, and 28 are not of special interest.
