Description

Mount Howe is an early 19th-century pair of semi-detached houses located on Bowling Green Road, Topsham. They were designed to appear as a single residence and were built by Thomas Paine. The houses are two storeys high with attics, and feature sash windows with glazing bars, with round-headed arches on the ground floor. Shutters are present, alongside Tuscan porches and a slate roof.
