Description
Old Exe Bridge is a medieval structure with origins likely dating back to the 14th century. It features seven arches, consisting of five semi-circular and two pointed arches. Two of these arches are located in the crypt of St Edmunds Church, along with the piers that supported the church. The bases of the remaining piers can be observed in the bed of the River Exe.
