Description

No. 2 West Street is an 18th-century building constructed of painted brick, featuring decorative bands and a rounded corner. It stands three storeys high and has three windows, of which two are blank. The remaining window has curved sashes with glazing bars. The ground floor has a modern shop front. A cornice and parapet are present, although the roof is not visible. This building is included for its group value, as it contributes to the overall character of the listed buildings along West Street.
