Description

No. 12 Sandgate is an 18th-century building that stands three storeys tall and is constructed of brick. It features a parapet and has two windows with stone arches, keystones, and moulded surrounds, although the original glazing bars are no longer present as modern casements have been installed. The building includes two shop fronts, each with three lights and flanked by two pilasters at the corners, along with a fascia and cornice. A modern door has also been added. This building is included for its group value, as it is part of a collection of listed buildings in Sandgate.
