Description

These are early 19th-century red brick houses located on the east side of High Street in Topsham. The pair of two-storey and attic properties, numbered 13 and 15, each feature a single window. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, with blank spaces above the doorways. Each house has an arched doorway with a rubbed brick head, and a four-panel door, except for number 15. A fanlight sits above each door. The roofs are slate, with one dormer window. Numbers 11 to 15 form a group.
