Description

Barton Cottage is a late 18th-century building located on the east side of Exeter Road in Topsham. It is constructed of brick and Heavitree stone, with a plastered front. The cottage has two storeys and features three sash windows that include glazing bars and shutters. The entrance is marked by a six-panel door, which is topped with a hood. The roof is covered with tarred slate.
