Description

Nortons Tyre Services is a two-storey workshop building located on the east side of The Strand in Topsham. The building is long and tapers at the north end. Its lower walls are made of stone rubble, while the upper part is constructed of brick with wooden casements. The roof is covered with slate. Although it is part of a group of buildings that hold little intrinsic importance, it contributes to the characteristic harbour atmosphere of the area. All the listed buildings on The Strand form a cohesive group.
