Description

The Former Lighter Inn, located on Ferry Road in Topsham, was originally built in the 17th century as the Harbour-master's House. It suffered fire damage in 1971 and was largely rebuilt, with some parts reconstructed to resemble the original design. The building is two stories high with a stucco front and features sash windows with glazing bars. The upper floor has been rebuilt, and the roof is covered with slate.
