Description

The Steam Packet Inn, located on Monmouth Hill in Topsham, dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century. The building is constructed partly of brick and partly rendered, with No 2 being the rendered section. It stands two storeys high and features three windows arranged in pairs. The public house has a distinctive frontage with a carriage arch that is flanked by a Heavitree stone wall. The roof is made of slate. This building is included for its group value, as it is part of a collection of listed buildings on Monmouth Hill.
