Description
This is an early 19th-century building, originally comprising Nos. 3 to 7 Victoria Road in Topsham. It is built with a roughcast exterior. The building is two storeys high with an additional attic level, and features a single window with sash glazing bars. Numbers 3 to 6 have contemporary doors, while No. 7 has a more modern door. The roof is slate-covered and includes a single dormer window. The building is listed for its group value, as Nos. 3 to 7 together form a notable group.
