Description

This is an 18th-century, three-storey building with a two-window front, located on Fore Street in Topsham. The front is rendered in stucco. It has 19th-century sash windows, some with flush frames, including one three-light window. A modillion cornice runs along the top of the front. A later doorway has incised lines to the pilasters. The roof is covered with slate and is hipped. The building is part of a group of listed buildings along Fore Street and includes the property at No 1 Victoria Road.
