Description

This building at 92-94 Fore Street, Topsham, appears to have been a substantial house, likely dating to the late 17th century. It features an external chimney with offsets in the centre of the front elevation, along with an eaves cornice and gabled dormers. One doorway has a pediment, while two others have hoods supported by brackets. The first floor contains late Georgian sash windows, and other windows are more recent. The front facade is a combination of stucco and roughcast rendering, with four windows visible across the whole width. The roof is slate covered. Number 93 retains the original staircase. The listed buildings along Fore Street are recognised for their group value.
