Description

This is an early 19th-century house located at the end of The Strand in Topsham. The front is faced with roughcast render and features quoin pilasters decorated with honeysuckle ornament. Wide eaves are supported by brackets. The ground floor has round-headed windows, each with shutters, and contains two sash windows with glazing bars. The rear of the property incorporates an older section, and the roof is hipped and covered in slate. The group value of the building is derived from its context within the listed buildings of The Strand.
