Description

Nos 30 to 32 on The Strand in Topsham are three 18th century cottages that share a continuous roof line. These two-storey cottages feature a combination of stucco and roughcast finishes. They have two sash windows with 18th century glazing bars, although some windows have been altered. The cottages also have simple Georgian doorcases, with one notable 8-panelled door.
