Description

This is an early 19th-century building with older elements, located on Fore Street in Topsham. It abuts the rear of number 51 and projects into Churchyard. The front of the building is three stories and has three windows, recently rendered with cement. The roof features some old, grouted slates. It has a door hood supported by brackets and late Georgian sash windows. The underlying structure is likely older than the visible facade. The building contributes to the group value of listed buildings along Fore Street.
