Description

The Baptist Church is a rectangular red brick building dating from 1823, with an extension added in 1875. The exterior features two storeys and five windows, which are arched sashes with marginal glazing. There is a modern single-storey projecting entrance and a pierced parapet adorned with vase finials. Inside, the church has a gallery on three sides, with cast iron panels forming the balustrade. The building has been evidently altered in 1875.
