Description

This is a late 18th-century house of three storeys and four windows, located in Cathedral Yard. The front facade is of rusticated stucco over a Heavitree stone structure. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, with round-headed arches on the ground floor. A six-panel door is set within a round-headed doorway, topped by a pediment supported by brackets and featuring a fanlight with an interlace design. The roof is slate. Numbers 1 and 2 form a group with the other listed buildings within Cathedral Yard.
