Description

1, Deanery Place is an 18th-century stucco-fronted house built on the site of an earlier structure. It is two windows wide and three storeys high. The windows are flush-frame sashes, lacking glazing bars. A low doorway is topped by a pedimented hood supported by brackets. The roof is slate. Nos. 1 and 2 form a group with the other listed buildings in Cathedral Yard.
