Description

13-15 Monmouth Street is likely a good two-storey and attic house or houses, dating to around 1750. The frontages are plastered and roughcast, with a coved cornice and dormers. Number 14 has rusticated quoins. The building features 18th-century hoods supported by brackets at numbers 14 and 15, along with six-panel doors at numbers 13 and 14. Number 13 has three windows, which are sashes with glazing bars. Numbers 14 and 15 have four windows, which are 19th-century sashes. The roof is slate-covered, with later dormers. The listed buildings in Monmouth Street form a unified group.
