Description

Nos 29 and 30 Chapel Street is a cottage range dating from the 17th century. It is constructed of roughcast stone rubble and features a tiled roof with gabled ends. The building is two storeys high and has four windows. The windows are 19th-century two and three light casements with glazing bars. Number 30 includes a modern ground floor bay window and modern glazed doors, with its entrance door located at the end. Brick chimney stacks are present at both gable ends and over the front wall. Inside, the cottages have chamfered beams, and No 30 features an open fireplace with a chamfered timber bressummer.
