Description

This is a barn and cartshed located immediately southeast of Hawley Farmhouse. It dates from the 18th century and is constructed from stone rubble. The building has a corrugated iron roof with half hipped and gabled ends. It is built on a slope, with barn doors positioned at first floor level on the upper side. There is a cartshed extension at the east end, which dates from the early to mid-19th century and features an open-ended gable end. This structure is included for its group value.
