Description

Ham Villa is a cottage with an adjoining outbuilding, believed to have been a malthouse, dating from the early 19th century. The building features a stone rubble construction with a rendered front and an asbestos slate roof that has stone coping at the gable ends. It is two storeys high and has two windows, which are sashes with glazing bars. The central entrance consists of a flush panel door and a modern open porch. There are rebuilt brick chimney stacks at the gable ends. The adjoining outbuilding on the right (south) side is also made of stone rubble, with a rendered gable end and various doorways, windows, and openings.
