Description

Myrtle Cottage is a cottage dating from the 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed from stone rubble with a roughcast front and features a thatched roof with both hipped and gabled ends. The building has two storeys and a three-window range, with 19th-century two-light casements. The left side has a plank door, while the right side has a glazed door, both of which are sheltered by small modern wooden porches. There are rendered end and ridge chimney stacks, and at the rear, there is a corrugated iron catslide roof extending over an outshot. The cottage is positioned at right angles to the road.
