Description

Ham Farm House is a farmhouse dating from around the 18th century. It is constructed of stone rubble with a plastered front on the south side. The roof is thatched with gabled ends and a hipped corner, while the north side is covered in corrugated asbestos. The building has an L-shaped plan and consists of two storeys. The south front features a two-window range with 19th-century two and three-light casements that include glazing bars. There is a brick chimney stack located at the east gable end, and above the west doorway, there is a stone tablet inscribed with "HS.1803".
