Description

Ivy House is an 18th-century house in Axminster. It is constructed of painted brick with a steeply pitched slate roof and stone coping to the gable ends. The house is two storeys high and has a four-window front. The windows are tripartite sashes with glazing bars, each set within a flat brick arch with keyblocks. A string course runs along the first-floor level. A recessed doorway on the left-hand side features a panelled door with sidelights. Rendered chimney stacks are visible at the ends and ridge.
