Description
Westcoombe House is an 18th-century house built of coursed stone and designed in an L-shape. It features a tiled roof with stone coping at the gable end and has two storeys plus an attic. The facade includes three window ranges with two and three-light mullion-transom casements that have leaded panes. The left-hand (east) range displays flat brick arches with keyblocks and a string course at the first-floor level. The right-hand (west) range is highlighted by a 19th-century stone porch that has columns and a simple entablature. The house is topped with red brick ridge chimney stacks.
