Description
This bank barn, located about 50 metres south-west of Kerswell Priory, likely dates from the 18th or early 19th century. It is constructed of handmade brick set on a stone plinth and features a slate roof that is gabled at both ends. The barn has a rectangular plan and is built into the slope of the land, with an entrance to the first floor on the north side. The north side includes a large central entrance with paired doors and a timber lintel. The barn overlooks the pond at Kerswell Priory and has group value with the house. The interior has not been inspected.
