Description
This building is a bank barn located 40 metres west of Kestle, likely dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of slate rubble and features a rag slate hipped roof. The barn has a rectangular plan and is two storeys tall.
On the rear southeast elevation, there are external steps leading up to a loft doorway situated to the right of the centre. Flanking this doorway are small square windows, each with cambered stone arches, and beneath the eaves, there is a row of pigeon holes. Additionally, there is a lean-to extension at the southwest end of the barn. The northwest elevation was not inspected, and the interior was also not examined.
