Nos. 3 and 4, Louisa Terrace are a pair of houses dating from the 1830s and 1840s. They have colourwashed roughcast facades with a moulded eaves cornice and parapet. The houses are three storeys high with a basement, and No. 3 has attic dormers. Each house has two windows, generally sash windows, some with late 19th-century glazing. No. 4 has jalousies. Doric porches are located on the sides of the houses, with double doors consisting of six panels, some of which are now glazed. No. 3 has a rectangular fanlight above its door. Both properties have recessed two-window side extensions.
