Beacon Hill House is an early 19th-century square house, originally stuccoed with pilasters at the corners and a cornice leading to a parapet that rises centrally. The south-west facade features three sash windows, with a niche positioned in the centre. The house has two stories and a basement. The side or entrance facade has a Greek Doric porch with fluted columns, a round arched window, and a niche containing a vase. A notable feature is the chimney above the lunette. The building was formerly listed under the name Beacon Hill.
