Description
Blacklake Farmhouse is a 17th-century building that has been altered. It is two storeys high, constructed of roughcast cob with a thatched roof. The farmhouse has L-shaped renewed casements with glazing bars, although the smaller windows at the rear are old. The main block and the rear wing are connected by a splayed wall at the first floor, which features a small window. Inside, there are wide, low doorways at the west end and hewn beams with wide scopped chamfers. The east end of the farmhouse has been significantly modernised.
