Description

Osborne House is an early 19th-century dwelling with an attached shop. It is constructed of brick in Flemish bond, with a gabled-end slate roof. The building has a double-depth plan and the house’s entrance is to the left of the shop. The front elevation has a three-window range. The first floor features one 16-pane hornless sash window, flanked by blocked windows, all with rusticated architraves. A projecting late 19th-century shop window is located centrally, featuring plate glass panel windows, a cast iron upright, and a moulded cornice. To the left of the shop window is a doorway with a fanlight.
