Description

Myrtle Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse located on the west side of Fore Street in Sidbury. It is built in an L shape and has two storeys, constructed from stone and cob with a thatched roof. A notable feature is the projecting external stone chimney, which is dated "J C 1614". The farmhouse has two-light 19th-century casement windows with glazing bars, with later windows facing the street. The eaves sweep down over a single-storey extension, and the entrance is plain.
