Description

Trebblehayes is a cottage dating from around the 16th century. It is constructed from rendered stone rubble and features a corrugated iron roof with gabled ends. The building stands two storeys tall and has a long range of five windows, which are fitted with modern metal frame casements. There is a modern door leading to a cross passage. The cottage has brick chimney stacks at the ridge and ends, and an outshut at the rear. Inside, the cottage displays jointed cruck trusses and stop-chamfered ceiling beams, which likely support an inserted floor.
