Description

Belgrave Cottage is an early 19th-century, two-storey building located on Station Road. It features a three-window stucco elevation. The central first-floor window is a recessed sash with intact glazing bars and shutters. The outer windows are canted bays, which are likely later additions. All three first-floor windows have peaked roofs. A trellis verandah is present in front of the ground floor, topped with a tent roof that has an eaves fascia cut in a trefoil pattern. The central door consists of three panels, one of which is glazed, and is accompanied by a rectangular fanlight with an oeuil-de-boeuf design. Belgrave Cottage and Norton Garth are part of the same block of flats and form a group.
