Description

Rossiter House is a semi-detached house built around 1860. It features Flemish bond brickwork, a tiled roof, and brick stacks. The house is two stories high with a symmetrical front that has three windows. The central bay projects forward and contains a central door with two vertical panels and a Gothic fanlight above. On either side of the door are 4-pane sash windows. The first floor has three 4-pane sashes, all of which have flat arches. There is a toothed eaves cornice, and at the rear, there is an outshut with sash windows. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included primarily for its group value with the adjoining Crossways to the south.
