Description

The Anchor Inn is a building with origins dating back to the 16th century, which has been altered and refaced in the early 19th century. It features a two-storey pebble dashed front and a steep gable end roof covered with old tiles. On the first floor, there are two flush framed sash windows and a panel. The ground floor includes medieval windows and a door. Inside, there are traces of timber framing on the first floor, along with a staircase.
