Description
Upper Waterhay Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 16th or 17th century. It is constructed of rubble limestone, with some parts rendered, and features a stone slate roof. The building is two stories high with attics and consists of three bays, with the left bay having previously served as a separate dairy that includes a rear outshut. The entrance is located in a 20th-century front porch. At the rear, there is a gabled stair projection. To the right, there is a two-bay addition that was formerly a farm building. The windows vary in style, but all have heavy timber lintels, and there are three hipped dormers on each side. The interior has not been seen.
