Description

This is an early 19th-century semi-detached house. It is constructed of painted limestone ashlar with a Welsh slate roof. The house is two storeys high and has two windows on the front elevation. A door with six fielded panels is located in the gabled right-hand part of the facade, alongside a 16-pane sash window to the right and a 12-pane sash window to the left. A sill band runs along the first floor, and a 16-pane sash window is situated on the gable, with a narrow 12-pane sash to the left. The right-hand part of the facade features pilasters and a raised lozenge detail on the gable, topped with a coped verge. To the right of the main house is a single-storey carriage house and stable, featuring double doors and two gabled dormers with 4-pane fixed windows; it has a pantiled roof.
