Description

This is an 18th-century cottage located adjacent to No. 4 Folly Lane. It is constructed from rubble stone and features a Bridgwater tile roof with a stack at the east end. The cottage is single storey with an attic. On the north front, there are bead-moulded, 2-light flush mullion windows, with one window on each side of the door; the door is positioned to the left and the window to the right, with an additional similar window in the dormer gable on the south front. There is also one similar window on the west end wall. The cottage has been disused since 1986.
