Description
Bustard Cottage, originally two cottages and now a single house, dates from the 18th century. It is constructed of rough rendered rubble stone and features a Bridgwater tile roof, with coped gables and stacks at the end walls and ridge. The building has two storeys, with each former cottage having a one-window range. The windows are cyma-moulded flush mullion style with leaded lights. On the left side, there is a four-panel door set in a raised moulded doorcase, which has a hood supported by brackets. Above this door, there is a two-light upper window over a three-light lower window, both with dripstones. On the right side, there is a six-panel door with a similar hood on brackets, and above it, a two-light upper window over a two-light lower window, also featuring a dripstone.
