Description
This is a cottage located at the end of a row in Lower Westwood, dating from the early 19th century. It is built of rubble stone and features a Bridgwater tiled roof with a stone stack on the left side. The cottage has a gable end facing the road and is two stories high with a three-window former entrance front that faces west. There is a blocked doorway to the right of the center, which has an inserted 20th-century mullioned casement. To the right, there is a 2-light flush mullioned casement, and to the left, there are both 2-light and single-light mullioned casements. On the first floor, there are three 2-light mullioned casements. A 20th-century wing projecting to the right is not of special interest. The left side facing the road has no windows. This building is included primarily for its group value.
