It dates from around 1800 and is constructed of limestone ashlar with a double Roman tiled roof featuring coped verges and stone stacks. The building is three storeys high and has two windows on the front.
The entrance includes a planked door, with a 20th-century twelve-pane sash window to the right and a half-glazed door to the left. On the first floor, there is a twelve-pane sash window to the right and a two-light flush mullioned casement to the left. A plat band runs along the second floor, which features a two-light flush mullioned casement to the left and a twelve-pane sash window to the right. Additionally, there is a lean-to extension attached to the right side of the building.
