Description
38 and 39 Kingsbury Street are 18th-century buildings that have been rendered and feature tile-hung sides. They have a hipped old tile roof and a red brick stack. The buildings rise to three storeys and include two ranges of sash windows with glazing bars set in moulded flush frames. The ground floor has two canted bay windows; the bay for No 39 features a moulded cornice and sash windows with glazing bars, while No 38 has renewed fenestration. Each building has one modern door beneath an original hood, with No 38's hood being moulded and supported by cut brackets. There is also one modern sash window located between the bays and two additional sashes with glazing bars on the side.
