Description
The building comprises numbers 4 and 5 Oxford Street, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of red brick with grey brick detailing around window and door openings. The roof is pitched and covered in old tiles, with a brick stack. The building is two storeys high and features a brick modillion eaves cornice. The windows are segment-headed sashes with glazing bars. The door to number 4 is flush-panelled, while the door to number 5 is modern and has a semi-circular fanlight. The first floor has an ashlar panel, originally bearing an inscription, and is framed by grey brick headers. Number 13 forms a group with numbers 1 to 4.
