Description

No. 35 Church Street is a house dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century, with alterations made in the mid-20th century. It is constructed of limestone rubble, featuring a ridge stack and a slate roof. The building has a single-depth plan and is attached to the rear of No. 37. It is a single storey with an attic and has a four-window range. The left-hand doorway and door were added in the mid-20th century, along with altered 20th-century sash windows and two hipped dormers. Inside, the property is reported to have chamfered ceiling beams and a hob grate on the ground floor.
