Description

CORSHAM CHURCH SQUARE ST 8770 5/72 Newman monument in churchyard about 4m north-east of Goddard monument, north of north-east chapel of Church of St. Bartholomew GV II

Chest tomb, c1800, ashlar with moulded base and cornice, baluster corners and 2 low relief plaques each side. Urn carved between south plaques, foliate spray between north plaques. Inscription to R. Newman, died 1827.
