Description
Manor Farmhouse is a farmhouse that likely has a core from the 17th century, with an addition from the 18th century and a refronting from the early 19th century. The building features coursed rubble on the rear and side walls, while the south front is made of squared dressed stone. It has gabled stone slate roofs and rebuilt end stone stacks with original bases. The layout is L-shaped, consisting of parallel 18th and 17th century ranges, with a service wing at right angles to the rear. The south front has two storeys, with four windows on the ground floor and three on the upper floor. The windows are 4-pane sashes set under segmental heads. There is a central part-glazed panelled door with a stone slate porch supported by decorative wrought iron piers. The rear ranges feature 19th century casement windows.
