CORSHAM CHURCH SQUARE ST 8770 5/45 Hayward monument in churchyard about 10m north of north-east angle of north aisle of Church of St. Bartholomew GV II

Chest tomb, c1805, ashlar moulded base and cornice with fluted frieze. Pennant slab sides. North side inscription to J. Hayward died 1804.
